Giving back
By creating a culture of “giving back what they get out”, the company empowers people through job creation while uplifting local communities and also supports mine rehabilitation through their service offering.
We also make use of local transporters to transport our employees to work and assist the local entrepreneurs with skills on how to manage their businesses. By making use office rentals from our host communities we further contribute in empowering local businesses.
Internships
Through one of the associate companies, internship positions have been provided to young people
from surrounding communities. These interns are afforded the opportunity to receive tertiary
education as well as a monthly stipend as they gain experience in related business.
Local Contracts
This company has also awarded a Trucking Contract, Road Maintenance Contract and a Water Truck
Contract to the local community at Khuma and Kanana and we wish our new partners success in
these partnerships.
